Payment for the order has to be made within 7 days of placing an order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

All goods leave our depot in pristine condition, we will NOT be held liable for any damaged caused in transit.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not able to cancel the order, the items must be returned to us before a refund can be issued.

Goods must be returned unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition as we sent it out.
Postage costs will not be refunded for you to return the item to us. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund according to condition of goods returned. Once the return is received it will be checked within 48 hours (working days).
