Leitax Contax Zeiss lenses for Canon camera adapter, used but in great condition.  Does not include set screws, but you can simply use the screws already native to the CY Zeiss lens you plan to adapt.  If you're not familiar with Leitax, check them out to learn more about how good these adapters are.  I sold my Canon gear, so no longer need it.  If you have any questions, please ask before you buy.

This is the Narrow mount model, a Canon bayonet  for Contax lenses with Narrow Diameter mount. (only MM type) I had a Contax Zeiss 35-70 3.4 Vario-Sonnar lens attached.
