How we are Shipped: Fish are shipped in specially treated/conditioned water to help prevent stress. Double Bagged with Pure Oxygen and Placed inside foam and paper shipping box with packing around them to combine shipping we'd charge for $2.00/each fish with maximum 4 fish (6*6*6 square package) heat pack and handing included in your shipping cost.

Acclimatizing your new Betta: First and Foremost be sure you have the aged water and containers ready for your new arrivals. When you receive the box open it as soon as possible, try to do this in a dim lit room. The fish have been enclosed in a box ( No Light) for all the time they have been traveling sudden light causes unneeded stress. As you take out the bags check the water for extreme cold or extreme heat and please report this to me as soon as you have unpacked the fish.

A thermometer is not needed for this just hold the bags in the palm of your hand you will feel if they are very hot or cold. If they are do not try to rush in cooling or heating them up. Just let them sit in the bag in the container of water they will be going into for at least 20 min. I use spring water, betta's medicine and liquid of almond leafs that helps the fish relax and feels comfortable on trips.

If the fish dies in shipment, email us a clear photo of the dead fish in original unopened bag within 2 hours of arrival to receive refund of the purchase price. Changeable Pattern : Bettas have got marble, Blue/Green genes which means fish can grow up with changeable pattern and colors as their ages, much or less depends on each batta and what your treat them.
