Return Policy: 

We offer 14-days DOA (defective on arrival) warranty, unless otherwise noted in the listing. 
All returns are subjects to the following: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us must accompany all returns.
 All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. 
Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Returns on products with missing accessories or parts will be accepted only at our discretion and charges may be applied for missing accessories or parts. 
Physically damaged, abused or misused products are not eligible for returns. 
No exchanges will be honored by us under any circumstances except DOA or defective items. 
Shipping, handling and related fees are not refundable.
