SHIPPING
                   

We do not offer international shipping.  We only make shipments to the interior of the United States                         

All shipping is made using USPS, we ship within 2 business day, please do not expect your item to arrive in 3 or 4 days after your purchase.

Your order will almost always ship within one business day from the moment you submitted it. If you submitted your order by 3:30 pm EDT, it will almost always ship to you on the same day.  Any orders placed after 3:30 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.                          

Shipment tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as a shipping label is created. Packages are first scanned by shipping companies. Tracking information will start appearing once your package has been scanned.                         

We reserve the right to ship via whichever shipping method/shipping company makes the most sense, but we try to accommodate whichever shipping company you request.                         

Packages are generally shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.                         

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.                    

               
RISK OF PACKET LOSS
                   

All items purchased are made pursuant to a standard shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a package seems to have been lost during shipping, please contact the shipping company yourself and try to have the package located. In most cases, if you contact your shipping company directly and immediately, your package will be found. Relying on us to contact the shipping company only causes further delays.                        


Orders are ship to the exact address the customer has given on their invoice.  If the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address, and the package is returned to us, shipping costs must be paid again in order to reship the package.  If a refund is preferred, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued.                    

               
RETURNS
                   

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, contact us through the eBay messaging system with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.                         

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.
