All items are shipped via Australia Post or courier service.

Days in Transit
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Weekends and National holidays are not considered. When the item is purchased, eBay will provide the estimated date of delivery, however this is not a guaranteed date. For courier service, please use shipment tracking details for accurate date of delivery.

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. Orders paid by Bank Deposit or Paypal e-cheques will take a few days until the funds to be cleared.

Insurance
All items are insured. If your item is damaged during the delivery, Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to remedy the situation.

Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation with a shipment tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order can be tracked on Australia Post Tracking site or Fastway Courier tracking site sent by Courier. Tracking is not available for the some orders sent by the envelope but it usually takes 2 ~ 9 business days.

Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping charges are included for the Free Postage Product. The shipping rates is as listed on the product for the product, not free postage

Checkout
After you have won the auction, or after the Buy It Now, please complete the checkout. Ensure you choose appropriate payment method. After the auction has ended, you will receive an award notification e-mail with checkout instructions from eBay.

Payment Terms and Sales Tax
All items must be paid within 7 days. You will receive a payment notification by ebay. In the case of auction, if payment is not cleared until 7th day, your auction will be revoked and considered non-paid. A non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay.

PayPal
We accept Paypal payments. As Paypal is easy and secured payment method, the fund is usually cleared instantly. However, if your Paypal account is linked to a cheque or other banking account, payment may be considered as e-cheque. Paypal e-cheques may take a few days until Paypal provides the verification of payment.

If you do not have Paypal account you can easily make a Paypal account.

Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer
Save Dollar accepts the payment by way of direct deposit or bank transfer (a few days required until the funds to be cleared).

1. You can transfer payment to us using Internet Banking
2. You can deposit funds into our account at our bank branch

Where possible, please ensure you enter your eBay username or last six digit of your contact number as the reference.

GST Tax
All prices include GST.

Return Guidelines

• All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please contact us to request a number.
• No returns accepted after 30 days of dispatch date.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
• Restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price would be applicable for items are not faulty.
• Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) less restocking fee. Original shipping is not refundable.
• Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all inserts, accessories if applicable and include a RMA# clearly written on the box.

Shipping Mishaps
We insure most of our items for the full purchase price. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Item condition
We guarantee the accuracy of each product description. Our product specialists take great effort in accurately describing each item. If you feel the item is not accurately described, please contact our customer service department. Please note that our standard return policy does apply.
