This is a Brand New, in the package, McFarlane Military Debut Air Force Special Operations Command CCT figure from 2005.  This is the African American variant.  Shipping will be free in the U.S.

This figure is in very good condition, there are no issues with the bubble.  The figure has been displayed so there is a little shelf wear.
