This specific auction is for the 2.6" Aluminum Color pulley.  

This works for all 2004 to 2007 Saturn Ion Redline 2.0L or Chevy Cobalt SS 2.0L Supercharged vehicles.

The stock pulley size is 3.35", so you will need other supporting mods like to support a smaller pulley upgrade.  Smaller pulley means more boost, more power, but can also detonate your engine if you do not have the proper modifications and tune in order to support the smaller pulley.

The pulley system includes HUB, pulley, 5 stainless socket cap button screws, and one barbed retainer to replace the breather bolt.

After removing the stock pulley our steel hub presses on using the same pulley tool used to remove the factory pulley. No jaw style puller should be used to remove a supercharger pulley, if it is used, it will destroy the pulley and possibly damage the supercharger.

Once installed the hub allows quick changing of pulleys with an Allen wrench. 

The ZZP MPS allows you to change between pulleys with ease by simply unbolting the 5 allen bolts, use one pulley for street use and a smaller for the track or when running high octane fuel. A modular pulley system is a must for those planning to continue to modify their car in the future.

Smaller pulleys require larger injectors and ECU programming. So you will need to get your computer tuned with larger injectors.  You will need at least 60# injectors and some exhaust mods like a downpipe, heat exchanger, etc

By developing Ecotec specific pulleys we have run all the way down to 2.9" with out snout machining. However each snout is cast and machined differently so we only guarantee down to 2.8" without machining.

Recommended Pulley sizes based on 93 octane  (91 add .1 -  89 add .3):

3.35" pulley - Stock OEM size

3.1" pulley - 42# injectors

3.0" pulley - Stage 2 Kit, ZZP Down pipe, 93 octane.

2.9" pulley - Stage 3 Kit, 60# injectors, Dual Pass End plate, Header/Down pipe, 93 octane.

2.8" pulley - 2.9" mods, plus 75% meth or e85

2.7" pulley - Stage 3 Kit, 60# injectors, Dual Pass End plate, Header/Downpipe, Stage 1+ cams

2.6" pulley - Stage 3 Kit, 60# injectors, Dual Pass End plate, Header/Down pipe, Stage 1+ cams, Ported Head
