Payment must be received within 48 hours of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 48 hours, we will automatically open an unpaid item case.  If this happens you will have 3 additional days to pay for the item.  If no payment is received at that time a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed and the item will then be relisted.  

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If multiple items are purchased and we feel the items can be shipped together safely we will be happy to combine shipping.  We will invoice you with final shipping charges after the auction has ended. 

All items are sold "AS IS".  We sell a wide variety of items and describe our merchandise to the best of our ability.  If an item is listed as "tested" this means that we acknowledge that the basic function of the item is working.  Please keep in mind that certain items have many features and we do not test past what appears to be the basic functionality of the item.  If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.  We will do our best to ensure that your inquiries are handled timely.  We do not accept returns unless otherwise specified.  Please ensure that you view all pictures in the listings carefully.  These are a large part of the description and should be used to determine the overall condition of the item as well as what is included in the sale.  If it isn't in the picture, it isn't included.  

Our Seller rating is based on your positive feedback.  Therefore it is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not happy with your merchandise please contact us before leaving negative feedback.  If you feel an item is significantly different than described in the listing please let us know within 3 business days of receiving the item and we will certainly work with you to come to an agreeable resolution.  If an item is damaged during shipping please keep the original package and send photos of the damaged item along with pictures of the outer packaging.  This will help us determine if a claim will need to be filed with the Shipper.
