It's been our experience that the majority of packages arrive just a day or two after this estimated delivery period, however Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver parcels. So please wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us. International customers must be fully aware of their country customs policies when making purchases from overseas. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Please Note Mainland Europe Delivery timescale is normally 5-10 working days however sometimes it could take longer than usual. So we request you to please wait at least 15 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us. Worldwide delivery timescale is normally 10-15 working days; however, sometimes it could take up to 30 days for delivery. Please note for International Orders, items have to pass through customs and so please take this into account and note that it can take a few extra days than stated. If there is a problem with the item you have purchased, then please send us a message via eBay along with photos of the problem besides opening a return request/resolution. we will be more than happy to help with efficient manner.

If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item, then you must return it within 7 working days for a full refund. Please note the product has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used. If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent. If you simply purchased the item in error and no longer want the item, we can only refund total amount you paid minus 25% handling fee.

A refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
