Rare Antique NOS, New Old Stock. These beautiful dog tags date back to the late 1800's. Shaped like a shield
with 3 blank lines for stamping. Made out of solid brass with a lush golden patina. Could be used for a dog or cat or other large pet.

These are NOT reproductions or "like" or "style of" or a "retro". They were part of an enormous Dallas locksmith collection with items dating
back to the Civil War era. That's right, back in the day many locksmiths sold dog tags, because they always had stamping tools needed for keys and fobs.
