Our Standard freight is for courier service only, If your address is PO BOX, please pay for “AusPost Tracking” service.

If you are not reachable during the business hours, please pay for “AusPost Tracking” service. if no one accepts the parcel at your address, the postman will leave the parcel in the local post office for you to pick up.

$4 Shipping Insurance is an option which is separate from shipping cost, it covers you in case the item gets lost or damaged in transit, which is highly recommend as parcels sometimes do get damaged or lost by post or the courier companies.

Delivery: We prefer to ship items with couriers, please provide your address that you are available during the business hours. If the receiver is not available when the courier attempts to deliver, re-delivery fee may be charged.

Warranty: Manufacturers Warranty applies to this Product

1) We will ONLY accept a return within 14 Days of invoice, providing the item has a fault or is not as described. Returned items must be checked and tested to confirm the fault before we issue a full refund or replacement.

2) The Customer is responsible for the return postage.

3) No Returns Accepted if the buyer changes their mind or have made an incorrect choice by their own decision.

4) The returned Item MUST be in ORIGINAL condition e.g. including product packaging and must be complete or this will affect your right to a refund or replacement.
