Vintage Colonial stockman style pocketknife with brown celluloid case.The blade is marked Colonial Prov R.I.I haven't seen a case in this color and pattern in a long while...
The main blade is 2" that has either broken off or was squared off, the secondary blade is 1-7/8", and the knife has an overall length of 3-1/2".There are slight surface scratches on the blade and handle, a bit of rust visible here and there but everything is tight - this is a nice, old, well-used knife.
Now for the ugly - Most obvious condition issue outside of the squared off blade is the bolster is missing on one side but that doesn't impact the operation of the knife. Also noted is a hairline crack in the plastic near shield. Please review photos for condition.

In the event an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately. Whenever possible, we would appreciate photos of the item and of the packaging so that we may take this up with the Post Office.
If the item was insured, we may ask that you hold on to the damaged item as well as the packaging while we make our claim with the Post Office.

We prefer to recycle shipping materials as much as possible. Your package may be shipped in a previously used box, carefully swaddled with newspaper, or packaged with used bubble wrap. We do our part as best we can to help maintain a healthy planet.

We do research our offerings and will give you the best information available regarding manufacturers, patterns, styles, age, etc., but we are not experts on everything we handle. Some items are cleaned and reconditioned prior to listing in our store, while others are left in 'AS FOUND' condition and that will be noted.
