You are buying a lot of 50 empty, new BLACK lip balm tubes with caps PLUS 50 shrink wrap bands. Tubes are the same size as Chapstick and Burt's Bees - .15oz

For the shrink wrap bands: Place the tube inside the sleeve and heat with a heat gun to shrink the band around the stick for a professional look.

The sleeves are 2 3/4" long by 1 3/16" wide and perforated at the cap, 3/4" from the top.
