  • We ship WORLDWIDE from Ukraine by International Economy Post. Usually it takes about 15-35 days to European countries, 10-28 days to USA,  etc.
  • USE Express shipping method - UPS / Fedex - if you need fast delivery. 5-10 days to United States/Canada/Europe. 8-15 days to other countries. 

  • All parcels are with TRACKING NUMBER, so you will be able to track your parcel all the time during delivery.


RETURNS & WARRANTY

  • Please examine the package attentively during receipt. There should not be any damages on packing.

  • If you received a damaged parcel, you should contact your Post Administration and fill in the inspection report!!!
  • 30-day Warranty with Exchange for defective, incorrect or parts-missing items. Please notify us and after our answer just return the item with all parts and accessories packed and marked "FOR EXCHANGE" within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returning postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyers.
  • If your package is lost, please e-mail us, so we can help you with searching.

  • Contact us if you have not received the parcel during 30 days after shipping date!
