PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK CAREFULLY ALL THE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS !!!
We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the item being delivered by your carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused,unwashed in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached.
Shipping is non-refundable as well as customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to your local customs authority. Certain countries permit refunds of customs duties paid on goods you subsequently return. You will need to apply to your local authority to process.! For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and make sure that you have a tracking number for it ! Please make sure you get in touch prior to sending any items back to us!
Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to you in the original way of payment ( your bank account or Pay Pal account ). For Bank transfers this will appear on your account within five days depending on your Bank.
