We aim for a minimum of 2.4mm. Whats the rule of thumb here? A vibration dampening mat needs to be 1.5 x thicker than the material substrate it is applied to. Example a sheet metal floor pan at 0.9mm = dampening sheet at a minimum of 1.35mm. There fore a dampening sheet at 2mm is more than adequate.
However you wanted thicker becuase its better right.... well reality is the Underdog is pushing 3mm, it's thicker and better than the competition just take a look below.

Due to the dimensions of some of our products we cannot delivery to PO Boxes, therefore we require an actual postal address.
