Shipping: 

Orders ship within 1-2 business days from Southern California via USPS, UPS or FedEX. Local pick up can be arranged for some items. Please contact us if you are interested in picking up an order. 

Returns: 

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on items in which you are not completely satisfied. You have the option for a refund or an exchange of the item within the 30 day period. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Products MUST be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Please note that you are required to pay all applicable import duties, taxes, and other charges that may accrue. We are not responsible for these charges and they are not included in the item price or shipping charge. Please contact your country’s customs office or local governmental agency to evaluate these possible additional costs prior to bidding. Please note that it is illegal for us to make modifications to the order value or to mark an item as a gift or a sample. We will not modify the order value.
