This is brand new. This sheet of decorations has the birds 2 pigs a slingshot and a tnt box. No tapes or adhesives. Clings to most non-porous surfaces. Removeable and reusable. Not recommended for children under 3. The instructions are to clean window to be decorated, remove cling and apply non-printed (side connected to backing) to window, if applied backwards traces of ink may remain on your window.
