Camera will be shipped with two used batteries and USB battery charger. You will need lens and memory card for it to work. Sorry I don't know how many shutter actuations it has. But camera looks very nice.
I would rate it at 8+ on a scale of 1 to 10. Camera has some light scratches from use. I don't see any cracks or any damage. LCD screen looks very nice, I don't see any large noticeable scratches.

All camera shutter speeds work good. Camera has been fully tested. It produced very nice and sharp pictures. Flash, self timer, all modes work good. It has no known issues.
