Grade A

Grade B+

 Indicates the phone is in Very Good condition but not quite an A. Often it’s just one small scratch too many, or in the wrong spot. It will have had minimal use and may have a very few minor hairline scratches or very light scuff marks and has been very well cared for by its previous owner.

One would look at such a phone and say “It’s almost an A grade, if not for that small mark”.

All items must be returned in resalable condition and with retail packaging (where appropriate). We can only entertain genuine claims, your phone must not be physically opened, manipulated or altered. We hold right to decline any false claims.

During the initial 14 days if a phone is faulty we will replace the phone or refund your purchase price including postage. If the phone is found to be working we will return the phone, or refund the purchase price.
