Boxes or APO Addresses.  If an item arrives damaged, please contact us  via eBay Message within 24 hours for instructions.

For alternate types of shipping service contact us for a quote prior to bidding.  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for Return, Non-Warranty or Exchange Items.  Those shipping expenses are Not Refundable.

• Once you receive your item, please do not sign the release papers from the transport company until you have properly inspected the goods and made sure nothing is damaged by the shipping company.  If there is any noticeable sign of damage on the product, please note it on the shipping paperwork before signing it at the bottom.  If you do not make a note of this on the shipping paperwork, Seller will NOT be held responsible for any damages during shipment.
• We only ship to your verified/confirmed PayPal address. No exceptions! Phone number is a MUST. We cannot ship without providing your phone number.

Estimated Delivery Dates:

The estimated delivery date is based on the seller's handling time, the shipping service selected, origin ZIP Code, destination ZIP Code, time of acceptance, and when the seller receives cleared payment. In certain cases, the estimated delivery date will vary. By knowing the estimated delivery date, you can determine how long it will take to receive your item.  Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Handling time:

The handling time is the number of Business Days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment.  A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. • Most part(s) we sell come with a 90-day warranty, exchange or money back guarantee, Seller's choice, unless otherwise stated on eBay listing.  The 90 day period starts when the part is delivered.  No labor warranty is provided.  In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.  No refund on deposits, glass, unwanted parts, or special "cut" items.  All Unwanted or Incorrectly purchased parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Warranty is VOIDED if a part has been Modified, Opened or Altered of its physical and functional form.  The Warranty part must match our pictures and have our special markings in order to hold the warranty.  In other words, it must be the original part we sold, we have special markings and take pictures of all parts prior to shipping.
• All Powertrain and Electrical Components MUST be installed by an ASE Certified Repair Facility.  If you experience an issue with our part, the problem must be clearly stated on a valid, paid receipt from the ASE Certified Repair Facility in order to be considered for warranty purposes.

Return policy:

*MOST ITEM(S) ARE USED, PRE OWNED ITEMS.  YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING A NEW PART.  ALL ITEM(S) WILL SHOW SOME SORT OR WEAR AND AGE.

• Unsatisfied with item upon delivery, eBay message us ASAP.
• Refund will be issued based on situation.

• Item must be in the same condition it was sold and Fully Assembled.  We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid.
