Typical Turnaround Once we receive your print file we do a free file check and print within 2 working days and send your printed goods by tracked next day courier service. It is essential that you check your emails in case we find a problem with your supplied artowrk,  please ensure we have the correct email address for you. Delays are caused by missed communication.
Delivery FREE next day delivery once your item has been printed (UK Mainland only)
VAT There is no VAT on Flyers/Leaflets
Sending Artwork
 Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation ebay email with our email for you to send us your print file. If you do not receive this within 2 hours of ordering please message us and we will send you the email address. For large file sizes (over 10mb) we recommend you use the free service of wetransfer.com and send us the download link in a message, its quick and simple to use. Always include your ebay username as  reference.

Artwork Recommendations
File Format: Please supply file as: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, or Photoshop.
Colour: CMYK
Bleed: 3mm all round
Safe Zone: 4mm within the trimmed edge
Image Resolution: 300dpi
Fonts: Please embed/curve all fonts
We check your file for any print problems, however, we do not make amendments or correct spelling errors. We will convert your artwork to print ready files where necessary (including changing RGB colours to CMYK).
If you are unsure how to prepare your artwork please message or call us and we'll be happy to offer you assistance and advice.

Returns
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to us going to print. Due to the bespoke nature of print, all printed materials are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations so we would not automatically refund a cancellation request once we have gone to print. However, we accept responsibility for the reprinting or refunding of orders where the goods are damaged on delivery or there are quality concerns with the printing process. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order for us to investigate.
