- Once you receive your part from us, you have 14 days to send us your rebuild-able old part (your core).
- If you do not ship the Core back, you won't receive the Core Fee
- We will include a FREE return shipping label in the package for you, so you can easily send us your old part and complete the exchange.
This part comes with a One (1) Year Warranty. You must return your old part (rebuildable core, has to have the same part number as the one purchased, no visable damage, no water damage, no fire damage, unopened core only) within 14 days to validate the Warranty and to receive the core fee refund. We will provide you with the pre-paid label to ship the re-buildable core to us. If the core is damaged or it's for a different vehicle (the part# does not match) - you won't receive core fee refund. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by misuse, collision, negligence, unreasonable use, flood or electrical damage, and improper installation or application. We will not honor the warranty without the original Invoice stating the type of warranty. All warranty claims are subject to our approval. We assume no liability for labor, diagnostics, technical fees, towing claims, rental car charges, lodging, or any other direct or consequential damages arising as a result of this transaction. You acceptance of this part(s) constitutes acceptance of ALL the aforementioned terms.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. You may return this part for any reason within 14 days of receiving it for a refund of the purchase price minus any amount paid for shipping and handling (you may be subject to a restocking fee as well). All returns shipped to us after 14 days will be subject to an additional 25% restocking fee. Returns are not permitted after 60 days. You must pay for return shipping, do not use the prepaid label or we will deduct the charge from your refund.
