Up for your consideration is a very RARE salt or pepper shaker made by Consolidated Glass. This shaker is made in the Argus Swirl pattern and was produced circa 1890. It has been decorated with a pebble pattern in red with pink and yellow flowers. The shaker is about 2 1/2" tall including the lid, and measures about 2 1/2" diameter. This shaker does have the normal chips and roughness on the edge under the lid. It is in excellent condition with no other chips, cracks, or breaks.
