Excellent: NO scratches most of these are actually new.  Some will have small scuffs that you cannot see once you have them on.  Elastic may be discolored and foam may be coming off.

The set may not have the antifog, lens cloth & directions

Good:  May have a small scratch or several small blemishes but once on you cannot usually see them.  Foam shows wear and so does the elastic & cover.
