Includes original owner's manual, empty reel.  Very nice physical condition.  No dents or scratches.  Light is bright.  Everything works EXCEPT the drive wheel, it must have been rubber that deteriorated over time.   A few scuffs on nameplate.  Use for parts, or NEEDS drive wheel, see last picture.  Make me an offer if you need a part or two to save on shipping the whole unit at 11 pounds.
