PRODUCT INFORMATION
We sell only brand new wigs. Don't forget to add a wig cap, and care accessories like shampoo, conditioner and wig hair spray.  You can find all of these on our Wig Care page.

COLOR
You are purchasing the Brand, Style and Color as shown in the Item Specifics. You should rely only on the Item Specifics as your monitor settings may not show the color properly. 

STYLE:
We recognize that a wig may look different on you than it does on our mannequin. There are lots of factors which can affect how a wig may look on you; including but not limited to - the shape of your head, the width of your face, the height of your forehead, where your ears are located, the length of your neck and your ear-to-crown, crown-to-nape and ear-to-ear measurements. Wigs can look shorter or longer or wider or thinner on you depending on your personal measurements.  While we do not use products or heat when shooting our pictures, some manufacturers do.  We are not able to guarantee that you will be able to style the wig to a specific desired result. 

SIZING
Unless otherwise noted above, our wigs are average size - fitting a head circumference of 21 1/2 to 22 1/2 inches. Most of our styles are adjustable with the use of hooks and tab or hook/loop inside the cap to securely fit the wig to your head.  Please contact us if you need assistance in measuring your head for the proper fit.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
For a limited time, we are offering Free Returns.  To print a return label, please select Return this Item, Select Changed Mind or Just Didn't Like It.  Label will be available immediately to print.

(We are running a test with this offer.  If we receive returns for Item Not as Described or Defective, which are not those reasons, we are required to report those buyers to eBay and eBay will be using these reports to limit those buyers from returning items. Please choose an appropriate reason for your return.  If you feel that you received the wrong item, defective or Item Not as Described, please contact us before opening a return to avoid any issues.)
