Here is a Meyer CO Gorlitz Kino Plasmat 2.5cm 25mm f/1.5 modified to Sony E mount. 

Cosmetic: A/B+, Excellent plus, as pictures.

Optic/Glass: No scratches, No haze, No fungus! Anyway, as antique lens, it maybe with some dust inside, and maybe slight hairline on the surface, although you can not see with neck eyes.

Mechanical Problem: None.
