**BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING**
All US orders are
shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Sure Post,
UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2 Day Air. Orders shipped using USPS can be tracked on
their website. Orders shipped using UPS can be tracked at their
website. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, excluding
weekends and holidays. Priority Mail Packages typically arrive in 2-4 business
days. USPS First Class, UPS Sure Post and UPS Ground packages typically arrive
in 5-8 business days. Online tracking is available for all packages except
APO/Military. For APO/Military packages, you may request a copy of the shipping
label to confirm the shipment date and mailing address. The vast majority of
APO/Military orders arrive within 15-30 days, depending on the class of service
chosen.
Please allow 48 hours
after your package has shipped before seeing movement through the USPS or UPS
system. Once your package has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping
confirmation. This email will provide your tracking number.
While issues with
shipments are rare, sometimes the packages may be delayed or damaged upon
arrival. If the package arrives damaged, we will replace your product
free of charge. In order to do so, we must receive a picture of the
damaged product within 72 hours of receiving the package. Claims sent
after this time frame will be denied. If your package is lost or delayed,
we will reship you a replacement. Replacements will be shipped only after
the package has been verified lost or delayed for 14 days from the shipment
date. We will not reship packages before this timeframe, sorry.
This information will be verified via the package tracking number.
Packages scanned delivered at the address on the package will not be refunded
or reshipped due to the package being lost or missing.
Return policy
Returns are accepted
within 30 days of delivery. Sorry, returns are not accepted on open or
used supplements.
Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to fix the inconvenience. We will contact the shipper for inspection of the box and contents. Do not dispose of an packing materials as they will be inspected by the shipper. Please take pictures immediately of the damaged item.
