We are continuously expanding the assortment of all of our brands and are also adding new brands to our portfolio. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours and transportation takes 1 day to 4 days depending upon the customer location in the European Union (we ship from a warehouse in the Netherlands).

We sell our products on all eBay marketplaces across Europe. On all marketplaces you can pay through Paypal, either from your Paypal account or with creditcards. On certain eBay marketplaces it is also possible to pay with a bank transfer.
After receipt of your payment, our systems will automatically email the order invoice.

All of our orders are dispatched within 1 working day after receipt and payment of the order. Remember we only ship orders once payment has been received (bank transfers in the EU can take a couple of working days). As soon as we ship your parcel our systems will automatically send a track and trace email with a link to the track and trace page of your parcel so you can follow the progress of the parcel while it gets transported to the delivery address.
We currently use DHL (Germany) and GLS (all other EU countries) for the parcel delivery.

We adhere to the EU Return Policy. Returns can be initiated within 14 days after receiving the parcel, provided the product packaging has not been opened and the product seals are intact. Return shipment has to be paid by the customer. We will reimburse the original order amount (including the original shipping costs) within 1 week after receipt of the return.
