• Item Features: artfully designed, two skirts layered together! Bottom skirt is a fitted short mid-thigh pencil skirt that's fully lined with NARROW HIPS, slot pockets, upper back zipper. Outer top layer is sheer and "partly" wraps closed, falls below the knees. Skirt is GORGEOUS!!!!!!

I'm assuming skirt runs small, prior owner wears a size XS, HIPS ARE NARROW 

Measures:

• 27" waist, can cinch smaller
• 34" hips, snug, this is NARROW for hips
• 16.5" and 24" top to bottom

 POLICIES / INFO 

• Returns/Exchanges: While buyers have 30 days, I request that buyers please file in ebay and ship items back within 10 days, as a courtesy to me. Buyer pays shipping both ways. Item must be returned in its same exact condition, including all tags and all parts, with no signs or scents of wear or neglect. Items must be handled and re-packaged with care, sent back in a HARD BOX (do not send in a soft envelope unless that's how you received your item), and DO NOT REMOVE THE RED SECURITY TAG or you waive your return option. Returns that do not follow these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer. In short: I happily accept Quick respectful returns without question. 
• Per policies, I only accept PAYPAL as a payment option, and I'm "required" to ship to the address you provide in your PayPal payment!
• CA sales tax will be collected if you are in California.
• I require communication and/or payment within THREE (3) DAYS after the auction closes! Otherwise, I will relist the item! Please notify me of any payment delays!

 SHIPPING 

• Combining Items: Domestic items are straightforward to combine. International items are not due to eBay's Global Shipping Program. If you want to combine items for International shipping, please contact me.

• Shipping rates to the West Coast may be slightly lower!

DOMESTIC:

• I generally ship USPS PRIORITY, or I can ship USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL for low-priced under 13 ounce items. Contact me before buying if you want a shipping method other than how the auction is set. I sometimes can change the method.
• Items that sell for less than $200 will have a Delivery Confirmation; items that sell for more than $200 will have a Signature Confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL:

• I ship either through eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP), or myself through USPS via PRIORITY, or USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL is available for low-priced low-weight items, but only for some Countries. I occasionally insist on EXPRESS for high-priced items or for certain Countries. Contact me before buying if you want a shipping method other than how the auction is set.
• Import/Duty Taxes (1) ARE included in your ebay charges IF using the GSP. (2) ARE NOT included in your ebay charges IF you BYPASS the GSP.
