    If you desire to cancel your order please be sure to do so IMMEDIATELY. Once an order is assigned a tracking number it has been shipped. Once a Cancellation Request is opened it can only be closed with a refund to the buyer.  

    International shipments can take up to 30 full business days to arrive. Refunds and Replacements WILL NOT be processed until a full 30 day period from Purchase has passed.

Customer are required to provide a valid order number as proof of purchase within one year. Our products are registered trademark and counterfeit distribution related activities are unlawful and SUPCASE will not be able to exchange, refund or warranty a customer claim on these types of products.
The Limited Warranty is not liable for any indirect or direct punitive damages arising from the use of SUPCASE products.
Limited Warranty for Holster Cases with Clip We offer a one year Limited Warranty for HOLSTER CASES WITH CLIP products for a ONE TIME PRODUCT REPLACEMENT to you.
Under its intended use and purpose, please install device screen facing inward to case at all times. We accept no responsibility for incorrect placement of device into holster case and clip attachment.

Returns

**FREE RETURNS FOR 30 DAYS! NO MATTER THE REASON!**

ALL returns MUST be requested and processed through eBay's return system. Refunds will not be issued if the return is not completed through eBay. If you choose to send the package back on your own you must still begin a return through eBay and mark the item as shipped using your tracking number. Return requests with no tracking updates will not be honored. 

To return a Package: Go to your Purchase History, Locate the order and Choose Return from the Drop down menu of options to the right of the order. 

If you received a different product than what you ordered, you must verify the error with picture(s) through eBay messages. (Username: Supcase) You will be asked to send a picture of the bar code sticker on the back of the Item's packaging. This is the sticker on the back of the box your case was inside. in some instances you may also be asked to send your device's model number.
