Stevens & Williams Pink Cased Pompeian Swirl Ewer 

 

DESCRIPTION

    I am excited to offer this antique ewer made by Stevens & Williams in the 1880's. This ewer is made in pink cased glass with a white interior and a pink exterior. The top edge and applied handle are made in a beautiful emerald green. The pattern on the ewer is called Pompeian Swirl, and features a swirl pattern that runs to the right. The handle does not glow under black light. This piece does have a rough pontil on the bottom. The ewer is 7" tall, and measures about 4 1/4" diameter. This ewer is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or breaks.
