Step shall be followed before the replacement of the compressor: | The causes of the failure can be summarized as follows: | |
Step one:Clean all pipes of the air conditioning system individually, inject cleaning agent into the condenser and evaporator and soak them for about 20 minutes. Pour out the cleaning agent and dirt with high-pressure nitrogen. The deliquefaction jar, fluid collector and throttle shall not be cleaned; make sure that no residue of the cleaning agent remains in the system; desiccate the refrigerant circuit, if necessary; Step Tow: Clean the surface of the condenser and evaporator, check if the cooling fans' speed is normal; Step Three: Clean or replace the expansion valve; the deliquefaction jar and pipe filter shall be replaced; Step Four: Check and correct oil filling level and oil viscosity before installing the compressor; vacuumize, fill fluorine, check high pressure and low pressure. Usually, the normal ranges of high pressure and low pressure are 180-200Psi and 30-40Psi respectively. If the pressure is abnormal, diagnose and troubleshoot first before installing the compressor; Step Five: Check and correct oil filling level and oil viscosity before installing the compressor. Note: If the original automobile compressor is jammed and shows cylinder scoring, make sure to clean the pipes and replace the heatsink net. Because the specific characteristics of the heat sink net, the above mentioned problems would produce Aluminum scrap, iron powder and residues that cannot be eliminated. Warranty will not be provided in case of the following circumstance: install the compressor without cleaning the pipes and replacing the heatsink net, which would cause cylinder scoring and lock of the newly installed compressor immediately | 1)Poor heat dissipation and too much fluoride will cause impressively high pressure, overwhelming the capacity of the compressor and causing components of the connection rod broken or burning lock 2)Because of too long vehicle service, the compressor is aging seriously and produces organic carbide ,which will impede water from being drained out by making the pipes blocked or the deliquefaction jar invalid, resulted in pipeline ice blockage 3)The installed pipe assembly isn't fixed properly, resulted in air leakage. |
