- Not much taper to the tip / the heel (stronger structure)
- Strong knife for both chopping bones and slicing thin
- will go through bone with the knife heel

- if the standard chopper KF1202 or KF1503 are too big for you, then KF1902 is a very good alternative
- This knife is very good against bones like spare ribs and chicken bones (nothing too crazily heavy duty please)


*CCK cleavers are made as great performer only. Sometimes there might be slight colour variation and slightly rougher finishing on the handle. If you cannot handle imperfections, please do not buy CCK cleavers
