- We accept PayPal only. For local pickup, we accept PayPal, Visa, Master, Interac and E-transfer.

Shipping and Delivery
- Parts, including CPUs, Hard Drives, Memories, Ethernet cards, Raid cards, HDD caddies, Motherboards, Video Cards, are SAME DAY Shipping. Enterprise Level Servers, Workstations and Switches are Next Day or Next Two-Day Shipping.
- Same Day Shipping doesn't mean same day delivery. The delivery time depends on the buyer's area. Same Day Shipping cut-off time is 2PM (Eastern Time). If you need same day or next day delivery (Canada and US only), please contact us.
- Within Canada, we use Canada Post. Buyers in GTA , Southern Ontario and Great Montreal Area are expected to receive your order next day.
- We use USPS or UPS Expedited to ship to US. The delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on the areas. For letter mails to US, we use Canada Post.
- Sorry no tracking for letter mails. Please be patient to wait for 1 week.
International Shipping (Outside of Canada and US)
- For international shipping, we have two options, Expedited International shipping and UPS Expedited Worldwide. Both have tracking numbers. The delivery time of Expedited International shipping is 1-2 weeks for Europe and 2-4 weeks for other areas. The delivery time of UPS Expedited Worldwide is within 1 week.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs duty or taxes might occur.
Local Pickup
- Our store is located in Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1E4. We offer free local pickup.
- Hours are Mon-Fri 10AM-8PM. By appointments only at weekend.
