We ship the same business day all orders placed before 3PM PST. Orders that were placed after 3PM PST will be shipped next business day.

I don't need this product anymore, can I return it?
Yes you can, we offer 30 days return policy on all our products. Once we get the product back, you will be issued a full refund minus 20% restocking fee.

The hard drive did not match my data recovery needs, can I send it back for refund?
If our company seals on the hard drive and PCB were not broken, you can return the hard drive for refund minus 20% restocking fee.

For DHL Express/FedEx Priority International it takes estimated 3 business days for delivery, not including possible holds on customs. For USPS Express it takes estimated 5 business days, not including possible holds on customs.

RETURNS

• Returns accepted if received item does not match the description in the listing. If merchandise is defective or damaged it must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• NO RETURNS will be accepted for USED hard drives that failed during data recovery process or faulty installation.
• Please email us prior to returning the product. Wrongfully ordered or non defective product returns require a 20% restocking fee.
