SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Your items will be shipped with a tracking # within 1 business day.
2. If possible leave your telephone #, which is required by most carriers.
3. For customers from eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Lativa, Romania, etc.), South America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, etc.) 
   and Africa, your items will be shipped  via EMS (most cases) or DHL, due to the customs problems other carriers encountered. 
4. For customers from some countries in Asia, including Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore, your items  will be shipped via SF, because of a faster delivery.
