Orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 12pm. Orders received after 12pm, or on bank holidays, will be shipped the next working day.

UK orders are shipped free of charge using the Royal Mail 48 service which aims to deliver within 2 - 3 days of dispatch.

Please allow sufficient time for your parcel to be delivered. If your order is urgent, options for 1st Class and Next Day Guaranteed postage are available at extra cost at the checkout.

Replacements/refunds for lost UK items will only be issued after 10 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.

International parcels usually arrive within 5 - 7 working days of dispatch. Replacements/refunds for lost international items will only be issued after 21 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery.

Our products carry a three-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us via eBay messaging.

If you would like to return your item because you have changed your mind, that's no problem. Simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we will refund the purchase price. In such cases we ask that the buyer covers the cost of return postage.

We recommend all titanium products are fitted by qualified technicians.
