Please be aware that all delivery times quoted are based on when your order leaves the warehouse and not from the time you originally placed your order. Due to this we ask that you do not arrange to have an installer on site until after your order has arrived and you have checked the goods. We do not pay installation costs in the event that the product is damaged in transit or is not suitable for any reason, so it is important to double check everything is in order before you begin the installation process.

In the unfortunate event that a product cannot be delivered within the quoted timescale we will contact you to make you aware and give you the opportunity to change your order.

Delivery methods
We use a number of proven couriers to deliver your order, and the courier responsible for delivery will depend on what you order and where your order is being delivered to.

Small and medium products
For small parcel deliveries, we will use a courier service. Each item will be carefully packaged and distributed to our courier after being dispatched from our warehouse. Your delivery will then arrive at your door within the timeframe you selected (Delivery is normally made within 3-5 days or next day).

If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will either leave your goods in a safe place or leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt. If there is a safe place where the items can be left (eg 'round the back' or 'in the garage'), please let us know at the time of ordering but we cannot guarantee couriers will always adhere to delivery instructions.

Large products
Either a pallet service or a specialist delivery service is required on larger items. The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 3-5 working days, but we also have a next day option which you can choose at the time of placing your order. Please see our map for additional payments required for outside England and Wales. Please see map for delivery costs outside these areas When your order is processed and given to our courier, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date. Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the curb side.

For all deliveries
A signature is required to accept delivery on all orders, so please arrange for someone to be at the location to sign. If your address is a communal building such as a block of flats, please be aware that in order to prevent fraud identification will be required to receive the goods. If your delivery is heavy and requires more than one person to lift, please arrange for this as courier drivers will not carry heavy loads on their own.

For Large and fragile items we will call/email you the next working day and book in the delivery with a date that suits you. If you the customer are not there to sign for the items then a re delivery charge will be applied. The Baths are supplied on a crate and is part of the packaging, each delivery is classed as curbside delivery and brought to the nearest point of the door.

Even when you pay the express shipping charge we will still call you and make sure that someone will be at the property to sign for the items before we send so please make sure your phone is switched on so our delivery partners can speak with you.

What happens if you miss your delivery on small items?
If it is an item with Parcelforce, the courier will attempt to delivery again and will also leave a card for you to arrange a suitable day, All Royal mail orders will be delivered via normal post. If you miss delivery for a Royal Mail order, you will have to collect from your local depot. As explained above if you miss your large pallet order then a re delivery charge will be applied.
Our returns explained
We hope you love what you buy from Cheeky Bathrooms. However, if you change your mind, we do accept returns.

All business sellers who accept returns must give you at least 14 calendar days to let them know if you'd like to return something, however, at Cheeky Bathrooms we offer returns above and beyond this for 30 days.

We must have pictures of the item you are returning before we approve your request to show the item and the packaging are in the condition that you received them so we can send to another customer.

If your item is sent back don't in the condition it was sent we reserve the right to send it back to you and no refund will be given.

If you are wanting to organise a return for an item you've already bought, simply go to your Purchase History in My eBay and click on the item.

Who pays for return postage costs?
If the item was not as described, we are responsible for paying return postage costs. If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and wants to return it, they will be required to pay the postage. We will provide a return postage address and additional return postage information for the buyer.

When you want to return an item using alternative postage arrangements and we are responsible for the return postage charges, we ask you to work with us to agree on the postal service used and the cost before returning the item.

How to return an item
To return an item:
1. Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay.

2. Select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu.

3. If photos are requested for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can upload these. Both eBay Customer Service and we can see them. You can upload as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). You can add photos until the return process is closed.

4. Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the eBay returns process or to contact us the seller. Alternatively, eBay may ask you to wait for us to provide you next steps for the return, such as in cases of oversized or heavy items.

5. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the postage label, and send the item back to our returns address. You must return the item - in the same condition as you received it - within 14 calendar days of requesting the return. Please include tracking information, we always recommended so this doesn't slow down your refund when returning an item.

6. If an eBay-generated postage label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the more actions drop-down menu.

7. Postage method, you should make sure that tracking is included in case eBay needs to step in to review the progress of your return.

8. Once then we have received your parcel, we will process a refund within 14 working days.
