Postage : We use Royal Mail for deliveries; royal mail doesn't usually deliver or collect on bank and public holidays. There also may be a delay due to seasonal posting such as Christmas holidays, please be aware when bidding or buying an item, that although we dispatch within 24 hours we cannot be held responsible for bank, public or seasonal delay holidays. We also retain proof of postage for all outgoing mail.
Missing Items: Royal Mail should leave a card if you are not at home, sadly this does not always happen. If your item has not arrived as expected, double check the postman hasn’t left it with a neighbor or in a shed/outhouse and contact your local sorting office (not Post Office) as 99% of the time your item is sitting there waiting for collection. If not then please contact us, please remember that Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after 15 days and we are unable to submit a claim till then.
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If you wish to return it and return the item(s) to us within 30 days.
We regret that no refund is available in the case of used items that do not meet your expectation of performance or you do not like the scent of.
- When using the eBay Returns Flow - PLEASE ensure you fill in the Notes box with details of the reason for return.
- All goods must be returned in their original condition, unused with original packing.
- Buyer must pay for postage to return items.
- If the Buyer does not pay for the postage or item is returned damaged, a refund will not be issued.
- All International orders are sent out fully tracked and in some cases, (depending on Country), signed as well as tracked. No returns or refunds on international shipping items.
