We're doing our best to process, pack and ship all orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
We ship by USPS/UPS/FedEx Mail to US And International customers ONLY from the following Countries: 

Canada, UK, France, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Spain and Germany.

ATTENTION: The shipping rate is to 48 US Continental States only. Customers from Alaska, Hawaii, PR and islands & protectorates should contact us first prior to buying for shipping rates.

We don't accept pickup of item(s) from our warehouse. 

Shipping costs are not refundable. 
We are not responsible for any shipment lost or damaged by USPS. 
We are not responsible for any Custom Fees, Duties, Tariffs, Taxes etc. 

Return Policy: 

We offer 14-days DOA (defective on arrival) warranty, unless otherwise noted in the listing. 
All returns are subjects to the following: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us must accompany all returns.
 All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. 
Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Returns on products with missing accessories or parts will be accepted only at our discretion and charges may be applied for missing accessories or parts. 
Physically damaged, abused or misused products are not eligible for returns. 
No exchanges will be honored by us under any circumstances except DOA or defective items. 
Shipping, handling and related fees are not refundable. 
Shipping cost for returning the product will have to be paid by the customer. 
Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 3 days from the date item is received. 
Refunds cannot be accepted when warranty label, any UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code has been tampered with.
 Please note a 18% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that are found non- defective or are unauthorized by us.
