The device does have talk-time on it.

Near Mint 
A Near Mint designation is for a device in cosmetically perfect condition with very small nicks or scratches that are difficult to see.

Good
A Good designation is for a device that will show signs of normal usage with small cracks, marks, nicks and/or scratches on the housing and/or display screen. The device may have imperfections on the screen that will not restrict visibility when the device is powered on.

Fair
A Fair designation is for a device that has a heavy amount of scratches, marks, nicks and/or cracks on the housing and/or display screen as a result of previous usage. Imperfections on the screen will not restrict visibility when device is powered on. The cosmetic condition of a Fair device will be noticeably poorer than that of one classified as Good.

Poor
A Poor designation is for a device shows heavy wear-and-tear from previous usage. There will be excessive or significant marks, nicks, cracks, and/or scratches on the housing and/or display screen. Although the device may have cosmetic imperfections, all devices classified as Poor are fully functional.

Shipping Details:

Items are shipped using USPS Priority shipping. Some items may be shipped using UPS depending on the size of the package and shipping location. Shipments are processed within 1 day during business hours, Monday thru Friday; any items purchased after 3pm PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday morning. High value orders will require a signature upon delivery. Cellular Heroes will only ship to a PayPal confirmed address. Cellular Heroes cannot process a change of address after a transaction has been completed.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Warranty Policy:

Below are the guidelines to receive a refund for your item:

The buyer must notify Cellular Heroes of the issue within 30 days of making the purchase and have the return authorized by a Cellular Heroes Agent prior to shipping the item back.

When returning the item, please include your full name, item number and eBay ID for quick processing.

The refund can take up to 3 business days to process once the item is received at our facility, however, we will do everything we can to process the refund as quickly as possible.

If the refund is for anything other than defective merchandise, Cellular Heroes will deduct a minimum of $6 to reimburse for initial shipping costs. We do not pay for return shipping.
