How long do I have to pay for my order?

You have 7 days to make payment. If you are not able to pay within 7 days, please contact us, and we may extend the payment time for you. If we have not heard from you and have not received your payment within 7 days, we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute which may result in you receiving an Ebay Unpaid Item Strike.

How do I purchase a variety of products without paying separate shipping for each item?
Press the buy now button for each item and enter the quantity required.

We will then weigh your items and send you a message when we have adjusted your postage rate.
If ordered over the weekend, you may not receive an adjusted postage rate until the next working day.

Can I get a postage quote before purchasing?
Yes for multiple same type of item

Look at the ebay page, you will see Postage Cost, next to the postage cost you will see See details click on See details you can then enter the quantity required.This will automatically calculate the postage for you.

Yes for multiple different items
Just message us first with a list of what you require and the quantity of each item.
We also require your full address.

Australia
Orders are posted daily Mon-Fri (Except Public Holidays).
Orders paid for before 11am, will be posted the same day.
Otherwise they will be mailed the next day.
We will choose the cheapest option for posting.
All parcels have tracking numbers, envelopes don't.
The couriers are sometimes cheaper to use than Australia post, and also collect a signature.
If using a courier we require a contact phone number, just in case they need to contact you.

International
As above, but parcels do not have tracking numbers, unless requested.

We are sorry we do not offer Express Post as we live in country QLD and

Returns are accepted on an exchange basis only.

Items must be returned within 14 days.

Items must be returned in original unopened packaging or boxes, and tags must still be attached to clothing and bags.

Items must be in as new condition with no wear on the soles of shoes.

Postage costs both ways is the resposibility of the purchaser, unless we have deemed it our fault.

A replacement item will be sent once the returned item has been received.
