• Please use provided size measurements rather than tag size. We measure garment unstretched.
• Please double-check measurements! Most sweaters stretch quite a bit, and size and fit vary from brand-to-brand, but if you have any doubts about the fit, please check the measurements against a garment in which you are already comfortable.
• All Items come from a non-smoking, pet-free environment.
• All items have been professionally cleaned, and triple inspected.
• Any flaws or defects have been disclosed.
• Please feel free to contact us with any questions before close of auction. We happily respond in a timely manner.
• Please do pay for purchase within 3 days of auction ending. On the 4th day, eBay automatically opens an "Unpaid Item Case."
• Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not leave negative or neutral feedback; contact us immediately so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is very important to us!
• We accept PayPal. You may also use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card through PayPal.

SHIPPING:

• To keep postage costs down, we ship in sturdy poly envelopes. If you prefer a box, we will be happy to ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please do let us know before checkout.
• International buyers, please be aware that we declare the contents and value of merchandise honestly, not as gifts. Consequently, there may be fees or Custom Duties charged on your end--do not bid if you cannot assume responsibility for those costs.
• To keep your shipping costs down, and because most of the sweaters are lightweight, we will, when possible, ship via USPS, First Class Mail in the US, unless otherwise requested.
• We combine shipping at our discretion. Items are cleaned, inspected and inventoried, ready to ship in the appropriate packaging.

RETURNS:

• We honor a 30-day return policy for unworn merchandise returned in its original condition. Upon inspection, and at our discretion, we may charge a 20% restocking fee depending on condition. All returned items go through the same cleaning and inspection process before relisting for other customers.
