International Orders

Product Problem
Be sure to open your order immediately upon receipt to check for accuracy. All defective situations must be reported and please provide the relevant photos to us within 5 days upon receipt of the items. After our confirmation, we will sent you a new correct item or make the refund for you. Items lost in transit will be replaced or refunded after 30 days from original shipping date. 

Return Policy
Items may be returned in brand new condition with all original packaging.Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 30 days from buyers original date of receipt. Returned items must be in brand new, resellable condition. Retail packaging must be sealed and in brand new condition, and item must not have been worn, used or installed. Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Restock fee is for reimbursement of seller's shipping expenses and other transaction fees incurred by seller.
