AD835 is a complete four-quadrant voltage output analog multiplier, Using advanced dielectric isolation complementary bipolar process manufacturing. It produces a linear product of the X and Y voltage inputs, 3dB output bandwidth of 250MHz (small signal rise time is 1ns). The full scale (1V to +1V) rises to a descending time of 2.5ns (using a 150Ω standard RL), 0.1% setup time is typically 20ns.
Its differential multiplication input (X, Y) and the summation input (Z) are in a high-impedance state. The low impedance output voltage (W) can be up to ±2.5V and can drive loads as low as 25Ω. Normal operation with ±5V power supply.
The AD835 not only has excellent speed performance, but also easy to use and feature-rich. For example, in addition to allowing the signal to be added at the output, the Z input can also amplify the operating voltage of the AD835 by up to about 10 times. Thus, the product noise of the multiplier is very low (50 nV / √Hz), much better than the earlier product.
The AD835 uses 8-lead PDIP package (N) and 8-lead SOIC package (R), it is rated temperature range of 40℃ ~ 85℃.
