This is the newer type main power switch and battery leads to fit the latest Shuttle boats including the 5.8ghz boats.
These are much better than the originals however, if you have one of the original push rocker switch's you will need some silicone work placing around this new switch as it is round shaped as seen.
The extra cables you see are for the latest 5.8ghz boats and another lead for adding a fish finder if needed. You don't need to use these on old boats.
