You will receive the license file as soon as possible after  providing the service tag.iDRAC7 port card is NOT included. Once the license key is generated and bound to your system/service tag, the product/service is non-refundable.

This is for an iDRAC7 Enterprise License only (no hardware included). This license is valid for the life of the product. It does NOT expire and never  needs to be renewed. It will be bound to only one service tag (one server) at a  time. 
Upload the license file to iDRAC using RACADM or GUI interface.
